3. To carry out the procedures and transactions of students such as registration, course registration, student certificate, deferment, transcript, registration freeze, termination, horizontal transfer, exemption, scholarship, temporary graduation, diploma, etc.
4. To prepare daily and periodic correspondence regarding student affairs.
5. To prepare the necessary documents for students' horizontal transfer procedures and course exemption requests.
6. To carry out all kinds of correspondence of students registered to the unit.
7. To carry out all kinds of correspondence and transactions regarding the summer school.
8. To make all kinds of announcements regarding students.
9. To ensure that documents regarding students are archived.
10. To determine those who are in the top 10% of the second education students.
11. To inform the relevant departments and students about the Board of Directors' decisions regarding students who cannot take the exams due to an excuse.
12. To regulate the success rates at the end of each year.
13. To carry out procedures related to the Student Council and Representative Office.
14. To carry out preparatory work regarding student quotas to be admitted to the unit.
15. To announce the lists of students who failed due to absenteeism from the departments before the mid-term exams.
16. To monitor the entry of student information and grades into the automation system.
17. To request that the student advisor lists be updated from the departments at the beginning of the academic year and to define the current list into the system, to monitor advisor approvals.
18. To send the military service and KYK lists of students whose registrations have been cancelled and who have graduated.
19. To determine the students who have ranked in the programs.
20. To carry out double major and minor procedures.
21. To prepare the agendas of the boards and commissions related to the field of duty before the meetings.
22. To carry out the procedures of mid-term exams, mid-term exams, excuses, single courses and additional exams.
23. To archive the documents in accordance with the standard file plan of the higher education institutions and higher education institutions with retention periods.
24. To organize internal and external correspondence in accordance with the “Regulation on Principles and Procedures to be Followed in Official Correspondence” and “Bilecik Şeyh Edebali University Signature Authorities Directive”.
