Our Engineering Faculty Students became Champions by coming in first in the Men's Basketball Branch. They also won second place in the Men's Volleyball Branch, second place in the Personnel Chess Tournament, third place in the Personnel Table Tennis Branch, first place in the Women's Table Tennis Branch and second place in the Men's Table Tennis Branch. We congratulate all our students and academic staff who participated in the sports events and wish them continued success.

Our Rector Prof. Dr. Şükrü Beydemir, Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Sıddıka Özkaldı Karakuş, our Deans, Academic and Administrative Staff and athletes attended the ceremony where the awards were presented to the participants who were ranked as a result of the sports competitions organized within the scope of the 100th Anniversary of the Republic events.

A total of 483 people, including students, academic and administrative staff, participated in the tournaments. The teams that managed to be in the top three in the football tournament received their cups and medals from our Rector Prof. Dr. Beydemir.

In the award ceremony where great enthusiasm was experienced, our Rector Beydemir said in his speech, “I congratulate all our staff and students who were successful at the end of the competitive and beautiful competitions.”
