In our program, if requested by the students, after completing 3 semesters of formal education, they can work in a company under the course "Technical Training in the Field" for 1 semester and graduate.

Important points to consider:

• Along with the Technical Training in the Field course, students can take UZEM courses (Turkish Language, Atatürk's Principles and Revolution History, English) and any outstanding courses (FF) based on the compatibility of their own ECTS credits.
• During this period, students are insured by our school in case of any accidents.
• Companies are not required to pay students. However, if they pay a certain amount, they can receive state support based on the number of personnel they have. This support is given at the end of the term. Companies must send the payment receipts related to payments made to students to our school via email at omyo@bilecik.edu.tr

Support Payment for Companies

For companies to receive support, they must pay students at least 30% of the minimum wage. (They can pay more, but the support amount will remain the same.) The amount of support is two-thirds of 30% of the minimum wage for companies employing less than 20 personnel, and one-third of 30% of the minimum wage for companies employing 20 or more personnel.
